NORFOLK POLICE: Help locate missing endangered woman Ernestine Smith, 62, with a cognitive impairment. Last seen Sept. 24 at 5 AM in the 1600 block of Lovitt Ave. She is 5'9", 250 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes. Wearing a black shirt, black/red shorts, white socks and gray/black shoes.
