Residents living North of S Cedar--S Cheney Spokane, to S Cheney Spokane--W Qualchan, and East to Hwy 195, and South on Hwy 195 and West to S Anton and S Lincoln Way, on West to S Cedar and S Cheney Spokane. THIS IS ONLY A DRILL.
