He is described as a white male, 57 years old, 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, bald, with grey facial hair, and blue eyes. Joe was last seen Monday, November 3, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. wearing a grey hoodie, red shorts over his grey sweatpants. Joseph Guaragna walked away from his home in the area of North 31st Avenue and West Butler Drive. Joe suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused and lost easily.
