Surprise Police Department is looking for a Hispanic male, Abel Perez, 41 years-old, 5 foot 7 inches, 120 lbs, brown hair with brown eyes. Abel was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans and was last seen on foot in the area of Prasada near Waddell Road and Loop 303, in Surprise, Arizona, Maricopa County today.
