Clinton Co OES: MISSING ADULT. Police are attempting to locate Royce L Butchino, an 86 year old white male with dementia who was LAST SEEN on Cornelia Street in Plattsburgh at 5:30 p.m. today. He was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, grey jeans, and a black baseball cap. He is approximately 6 ft tall, 150 lbs, brown eyes, and grey hair. IF SEEN CALL 9-1-1
