cecilcounty Alert: CRITICAL Please be on the lookout for a Missing 11 year old black female, short hair, pink and black coat, and sweatpants, and red crocs. Last seen in the 3900 blk of Stonegate Blvd around 4pm today riding her purple/black bicycle. If seen, please contact Maryland State Police by calling 911.
