Description

Prepare for TS Bertha by securing all moving or loose items on your property before tomorrow morning. Isolated high rainfall areas and wind gusts of 45 mph possible. Coastal flood warning in effect. Tropical storm effects expected to arrive as early as daylight. Conditions should improve throughout the day on Wednesday.
