Camden EMA NWS JAX: EXTREME COLD WARNING. Wind chills as low as 6 degrees possible. Frost bite can occur within 30 min to exposed skin. Warming Center opened during event at Camden PSA Rec Ctr 1050 Wildcat Dr in Kingsland. Protect people pets pipes and plants. Use caution with heating sources that could star fires.
