The Mesa Police Department is looking for a Hispanic male, Marcos Castillo-Luna, 67 years-old, 5 foot 2 inches, 140 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Marcos was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt with blue jeans. Marcos was last seen on foot in the area of Mesa Drive & McKellips Road in Mesa, Arizona, Maricopa County on 02/15/2026 at approximately 10:00 A.M. Marcos is non-verbal and has a medical condition that requires him to take medication.
