Socorro County Office of Emergency Management: County-Wide SEVERE FLOOD WARNING: Shelter in place or travel to high ground. Roads in Socorro City and San Antonio have washed out and flooded: Turn around, Don't Drown. Evacuate to Finley gymnasium if you have no where else to go.
