Franklin Co. EMA: FLOOD warning in Laurel, Metamora, Brookville, Cedar Grove. Driving in flooded areas is extremely dangerous and may result in injury or death. IF IN LOW LYING AREA, move to high ground, and seek shelter at the Laurel Community Center, Metamora Church of God or Brookville Schilling Center. STAY off bridges over fast moving water. DON'T WAIT.
