RED FLAG WARNING has been issued by the NWS for Gilmer County, Ga. EFFECTIVE today until 8pm. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FIRE conditions are present and can cause any fire to spread rapidly and pose a serious threat to surrounding areas. Burning is strongly discouraged and should be avoided. Monitor Conditions and stay alert!
