NWS: Carter County Flood Warning - Request of GPD and CCSO stay off of flooding roads. Rescue is taking place now. Be careful of flooding on 986, 1910, and Damron Branch. Turn Around Don't Drown - do not drive through flooding. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. If you live near a low-lying area, be prepared to move. Stay safe.
