A SAFE Alert has been issued for Maricopa County. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police is looking for 30 year old Alstolfo Marquez Iturralde last seen on foot wearing a black hoodie with GAP in white lettering, light blue jeans, and black adidas shoes .
