THIS IS A NORTH CAROLINA AMBER ALERT FOR A CHILD ABDUCTION The Randolph County Sheriff's Office is searching for Iris Everly-Marie Fargis, a 1 year old white female, approximately 2 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 23 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing an orange Halloween shirt and black Halloween pants. The abductor, Tyler Ray Toodle, is a 26 year old white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. They were last seen traveling in a black 2018 Honda Civic with a license plate of JMS-6500.
