Please continue to avoid the area for the next several hours. -- Per Torrance County Sheriff's Dept there is an active law enforcement situation in the area of Hwy 55 and Hwy 131 in Manzano. Please shelter in place if you are in the area. Avoid the area if possible. Call 911 if you are in the area and see anything concerning.
