A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for a Black female, Pauline Simmons, 69-years-old, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Pauline was last seen wearing a gray shirt with gray spandex pants. Ms. Simmons was last observed on foot in the area of 19th Avenue and Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa County) on April 16, 2026. She utilizes a walker for mobility and has a medical condition that may cause confusion or disorientation, making her particularly vulnerable.
