The Virgin Islands Police Department is actively searching for escapee Samual Rivera Jr., also known as "Pilie" who fled police custody while still in hand cuffs. He was last seen near Diamond Ruby by Juan F. Luis Hospital wearing a white tank top, dark knee-length jeans and no shoes. Do not approach he is armed and dangerous.
