A SAFE Alert has been issued for Yavapai County. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Prescott Valley Police Department is looking for 58 year old Tracy Foddrill. Tracy was last seen on foot in the area of 4100 North Edith Court wearing a red and white flannel shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
