He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds and has black/gray hair and Brown eyes. His last known whereabouts were on March 31, 2026 at 10:30am in the 1100 block of 23rd St. S in Fargo, North Dakota. Larry is a vulnerable adult. Last seen wearing gray pants and a black t-shirt.
