A SAFE Alert has been issued for Tempe Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Tempe Police Department is looking for a black male, Dylan Kirby, 32 years-old, 5 foot 8 inches, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Dylan was last seen wearing a white V-neck T-shirt, Snoopy pajama shorts, black socks, with grey/green slides. He was last seen on foot in the area of south Priest Drive and east Baseline Road in Tempe, Arizona, Maricopa County on 04/06/2026 at approximately 4:30 A.M. Dylan has a medical condition that can cause him to become easily confused. Dylan is also non-verbal and requires daily medication, which he does not have with him.
