This is a TEST. Tacoma Power and Mason County Emergency Management have partnered to notify you that Tacoma Power is testing their emergency siren and alert system for the Cushman Dam at 1:00 p.m. TODAY, April 1, 2026. The siren portion of the test in the area of dam #2 should last about 90 seconds. No action is required. This is only a test. End of message.
