Last seen around 10 am 4/28 near the 1200 black of Riverfront Dr. Sierra is a white female, 5ft 10in, 160 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing grey t-shirt with flowers on it, dark shorts, black/white tennis shoes.
