Description

Catastrophic flash flooding in Waialua and Haleiwa. If you are in the area and can evacuate safely, evacuate to higher ground now. If water is rising in your home, move to a higher floor. If you are trapped, go to the highest level. Stay out of attics without a way onto the roof. Call 911 only for life-threatening emergencies. Avoid moving water. Rushing water can sweep you away.
