heavy rain across northeastern Menard County and southeastern
Concho County. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen across
the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. These storms are now moving into
McCulloch County.  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
