fallen across the warned area over the past 24 hours. Between 1.5
and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. At the Wet Beaver Creek river
gauge near Rim Rock, the stage has risen to 9.04 feet and is
expected to continue to rise through this morning. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
