Dispatch reported significant flooding and debris flows in Pine
Valley that originated from the Forsyth Burn Scar. The USGS gage
on the Santa Clara near Pine Valley has reported a rise from 1.5
feet to just over 9 feet. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain has
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts between 0.25 and 0.50 inches
are possible over the next 60 minutes in the warned area as an
additional thunderstorms are expected to track over the burn scar.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose
materials.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
