heavy rain over the Pickett Burn Area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly. Rain rates are exceeding 0.3" in 15 minutes with
flash flooding likely across the Pickett Fire Burn Scar.

Excessive rainfall over the burn area will result in debris flow
moving through the Simmons Canyon and areas near and between Pickett
Road to Silverado Trail. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud,
vegetation and other loose materials.
